1. Downloadable digital products

Due to the nature of the digital products, all sales are finals.

Once the file has been downloaded, accessed, or sent to the customer, Returns and refunds are not accepted., since digital products cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Templates for cake toppers

  • Kits candy bar

  • Files SVG, PNG, PDF, or editable files

  • Templates for sublimation

  • Fonts

  • Vectors

  • Digital File Packs

  • Courses or downloadable digital content

Before making your purchase, we recommend that you carefully review the following:

  • Product Description

  • Included Content

  • Supported File Formats

  • Software Requirements (Silhouette, Cricut, etc.)

2. Items on sale or special offers

Products purchased at offer, discount, promotion, or special price are not eligible for a refund or return.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships or subscriptions offer immediate access to downloadable digital content within our platform.

Because of this:

  • No refunds are issued for activated memberships or subscriptions.

  • Once access has been granted, the service is considered to have been delivered in full.

The customer can cancel your subscription at any time, but:

  • The Cancellation does not result in a refund for the period already paid.

  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Technical issues or corrupted files

If you experience any of the following problems:

  • Damaged file

  • File that cannot be downloaded

  • Error in the download link

  • Technical issues with the product

Please feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to help you resolve the issue.

In these cases, we can:

  • Resend the file

  • Provide an updated download link

  • Provide basic technical assistance

5. Purchases Made by Mistake

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Impulse purchases

  • Do not read the product description

  • Not having compatible software

  • Not knowing how to use the files

  • Changes of Mind After the Purchase
